Restorations (Pinball - Removing Playfield - using a rotisserie)

You can remove a playfield by yourself but they are heavy and awkward. I recommend getting someone to help you guide it out and mount it. If you need to set the playfield down, set it on its side. This way none of the bottom or top assemblies get damaged. Make sure the playfield is balanced and also make sure the wiring harness doesn’t get caught when you rotate the playfield. You can perform the teardown without removing the playfield from the machine but it does take a little longer and it's not nearly as easy as using a rotisserie.
